Built to be Given

As Shine On Revolution’s first opportunity to serve the community, we are introducing “Built to Be Given,” a redistribution initiative born from the belief that what this community built together should continue to live and serve within it.
 

In response to the growing challenges facing care providers today, we are transforming this transition into an act of community love and it begins with giving.
 

We are prioritizing donations to:
    ∙    Owner-operator childcare centers
    ∙    Shelters and transitional housing programs
    ∙    Early childhood therapists and family support providers
    ∙    Nonprofits and community organizations, serving young children and families
 

This is not a sale. It is a passing of the torch.
 

The tables where children created, the shelves that held their stories, the tools that shaped their earliest years; they deserve to keep living. We want to see them land in spaces where they will continue to matter.
Some items will be made available for purchase to support our ongoing work, but our first intention is always donation.
 

If you are doing the work of caring for children and families and could use support, we want to hear from you. This is the legacy of Decatur moving forward through the hands of the community it always served.
